Welcome to Tattoo Cartel. By accessing our shop or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who wish to access or use our service.
Tattoo Cartel provides professional tattooing services, including consultation, design, and application, adhering to the highest standards of safety and creativity.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services without parental consent. Minors aged [Insert minimum age for minors with consent, e.g., 16] to 17 may receive services with parental consent obtained in person.
Appointments can be made via phone, email, or in person. We require a deposit for bookings, which is non-refundable but transferable to another appointment date if notice is given at least [Insert hours, e.g., 48] hours in advance.
All designs created by Tattoo Cartel artists remain the intellectual property of the artist and Tattoo Cartel. Clients may not reproduce or use the designs without explicit written consent.
Clients are expected to follow shop rules and instructions from staff for their safety and the safety of others. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in service refusal or removal from the premises.
Clients must disclose any health conditions or concerns that may affect the tattooing process. Tattoo Cartel follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Clients agree to release Tattoo Cartel and its employees from any claims related to injuries or infections that may occur as a result of receiving a tattoo, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Tattoo Cartel.
Services are charged based on the agreed-upon rate at the time of booking. Full payment is required upon completion of the service. Refunds are not provided for completed tattoos but concerns about the service received should be addressed directly with shop management.
Tattoo Cartel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any changes by posting the new ToS on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arkansas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
